We are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of every individual — and after years of listening to the people who use the service, their parents, carers and funders, we believe we have got it right.

We support the individual by focusing on their assessed needs and wishes, and by maintaining and promoting their overall physical and emotional well-being — offering higher staffing levels such as 1:1 or 2:1, and therapeutic approaches that meet developmental, emotional, physical and sensory needs through meaningful activity.

One-to-one support in the hydrotherapy pool

A spectrum of spaces, one for every kind of day.

Every space can be woven into a person’s day — shaped entirely around them. Choose one to step inside.

Hand in hand with physiotherapy.

Our staff follow exercise plans provided by each person’s physiotherapist — in the warm water of the hydro pool, where buoyancy supports the body and allows movement that isn’t always possible on land.

The staff are always friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all who attend the centre for either the day service or using the marvelous hydrotherapy pool externally have a great time. Well worth taking a look to see what's on offer.

I visited here as part of my work supporting a young adult with challenging behaviours and I must admit seeing their face being cheerful and happy made the rating so easy to give, would highly recommend.

Respite, your way

And when home is the better place — we come to you.

We offer a respite service to clients in their own home. We believe it to be more comfortable and less stressful for a client to stay within their familiar, safe environment, using their own equipment and facilities.

Familiar surroundings, familiar routines — with the same trained, caring support that families know from the centre.
